Learn Behind an Actual Bar From our Qualified Instructors
Our program is a 40 hour course that is designed to get you working once you graduate. It is designed to be flexible, with one-on-one training with instructors that have over 5 years work experience. Our real environment hands on training is designed to make you comfortable with any type of situation that you may encounter in the work force.
We offer a flexible schedule along with day, night and weekend classes.

Once the lecture/demonstration is over, the students get behind the bar and make each and every drink. Class time also includes role playing and simulated happy hours to work on the student's speed and efficiency.

Mornings
Our morning class is held Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.The morning class is two weeks in length.
New classes start each week.
Evenings
Our night class is held Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.The night class is two weeks in length.
New classes start each week.
Weekends
Our weekend class is held On Saturdays only from 10:00am to 6:00pm.The weekend class is five weeks in length.
New classes start each week.
Accelerated Schedule
The accelerated class option allows the student to take our standard 40-hour course in one week. The student takes two, 4-hour classes each day for 5 days. The accelerated class is held Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm and 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The accelerated class is one week in length. The student may leave the school and return or stay in the classroom and study/practice. New classes start each week.
Flexible Schedule
Flexible class ? you can combine days, nights, weekend at your convenience as long as you get all 8 lessons completed with in the 12 months. The student may take as little as one 4-hour class per week
Course Length
Our Professional Mixology course is 40 hours in length. The course consists of ten 4-hour independent lessons that can be taken in any order.
ServSafe TABC Training
ServeSafe or ABC class: Knoxville Bartending School offers the National Restaurant Association approved class twice a month on a Sunday. Class time is 1:00 ? 6:00pm. Per Tennessee requirements this class is 5 hours long and we offer a break. Please call (865) 693-6609 to pre-register if you need an ABC card, the cost is $70.00.
The school recognizes that adults have lives and commitments that may prevent them from attending one of our standard schedules. Regardless of your personal situation, if you want to attend our school and will make the effort to get here, we will work out a schedule for you. If you are in need of a special schedule, we will work one out for you during your personal interview with our enrollment director.
